    • For questions about water billing please contact the Cumberland on Granbury office at 817-292-7768.
    • Water Bills are processed and mailed to you by Minol. Water is paid along with your rent each month.
    • Cumberland on Granbury will set up your water account for you.

Renter's Insurance Requirements

We require all residents to maintain renter’s insurance. Minimum requirements: $100,000 liability coverage. The policy must name Cumberland on Granbury as “Interested Party.” Please provide your renter’s insurance policy at time of move-in or renewal.
